Hi Mike,

Did you get this resolved? I saw your post back in Dec last year and it looks like you are still having problems when using BB and ST Mobile.

I too am unable to get a BB8700 connected. We are in Australia using Telstra as the carrier. I can download the software without a problem but I can't connect. I don't even see connection attempts being denied on our firewall. It is like the connection doesn't even get that far.

In the previous post you said you were going to log a support call. Did you? Did they offer any help at all?

I think this is more likely a carrier problem than a BB or software issue as you hear about some people working without a problem.

If I install ST on my computer at home I can connect with the exact same configuration that is open for the BB.
